Premium Account Request
Due to security concerns; Nantucket.net is no longer broadly offering email accounts. However, we are offering a limited number of Premium Email Accounts @Nantucket.net to customers in good standing. These accounts must follow strict rules. Customers who do not wish to follow these rules
Premium Accounts:
- Email only accounts are $20 per month per address, discounted price available to some web hosting clients.
- Accounts must be paid the first week of every month with MasterCard or Visa held on file by Nantucket.net; accounts will not be billed
- Cancellations must be received 3 days before the end of the month in order to not be charged for the following month
- No refunds
- Customers must follow all provisions of the Can Spam Act
- Bulk emailing will not be permitted; clients must use third-party mailing companies
- Clients must stay in good standing; if the credit card on file is declined, the account will be immediately suspended. If that client does not bring his account up to date within 7 days, the account will be cancelled.
- Clients will get tech support for the email account on a desktop computer, laptop computer or both
- Clients will get limited tech support for web-enabled cell phones
- Tech support will be available on a call-back basis
- Clients will be able to use web-based email
- System spam filters will be set high; Nantucket.net will adjust spam filtering levels for individual clients who email their request to us
