If you are updating your website yourself, here are some tips:

• Most html programs such as GoLive or Dreamweaver have built-in FTP modules.

• If your program does not include FTP then use a stand alone FTP Client, like WSFTP or Cute FTP (for Windows) or Fetch or Cyberduck (for mac). You can download these quickly and easily at www.tucows.com. Click on Windows or Macintosh to get compatible software.

• FTP Settings:
  Host: www.yourdomain.com
  Directory: we will provide this information as required
  Username: as assigned
  Password: as assigned

• Keep in mind that all of these settings should be lowercase with no spaces.

• If you are having a third party maintain or upload your files we must receive explicit authorization from you in order to release your Username and Password to them.
