If you are updating your website yourself, here are some tips:

• Most html programs such as GoLive or Dreamweaver have built-in FTP modules.

• If your program does not include FTP then use a stand alone FTP Client, like WSFTP or Cute FTP (for Windows) or Fetch or Cyberduck (for mac) or . You can download these quickly and easily at www.tucows.com. Click on Windows or Macintosh to get compatible software.

• FTP Settings:
  Host: www.yourdomain.com
  Directory: we will provide this information as required
  Username: as assigned
  Password: as assigned

• Keep in mind that all of these settings should be lowercase with no spaces.

• If you are having a third party maintain or upload your files we must receive explicit authorization from you in order to release your Username and Password to them.
