This fifteen bedroom house is set on 4.5 acres of landscaped yard and pine trees in the quiet Surfside area. A non-smoking house, it is perfect for large families, weddings, reunions, or small corporate groups. The beach is approximately 1.5 miles away and can be reached via the nearby bike path which also leads to Town. The house accommodates 26 people and all bedrooms have private bathrooms with either shower or bathtub/shower units. The house has a dining area which seats 26 comfortably and the kitchen is well-equipped for large groups. There are two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a convection oven, a five-burner range and ample counter space. Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. The 1,000 ft. Great Room contains several comfortable couches and armchairs with enough space for functions and parties. A wet bar with refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, and dishwasher enhance casual or formal entertaining. The house is surrounded on three sides by a 10 ft. wide covered porch and the back Great Room opens onto an 800 sq.ft. screened-in porch. A large lawn is perfect as a playing field for soccer, croquet, badminton, etc. and can accommodate tents for functions.

The house is rented weekly from Wednesday to Wednesday. For 2001 the weekly rental rate for May, June, September, and October is $8,000. The weekly rental rate for July and August is $9,500. Rentals of less than a week are possible in the off-season with a minimum stay of four nights. Monthly rates are available upon request.
